| 1. How does COD (Cash on Delivery) works?
When using COD you can email
us your name, address, telephone number, and the
amount of dinars you are looking to purchase or
call toll free 1-877-770-7660 with your infomation.
All COD orders are processed and shipped within
24 hours of receiving the order through FedEx
COD services. All money order or cashier checks
must be made payable to Dinar Trade
with the $24 COD shipping charge included. You will give
your money order or cashiers check to the FedEx
driver at the time of delivery.
2. When will I receive my shipment?
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving
the order. All orders are shipped via FedEx..
3. When will get confirmation that my shipment
is on the way?
We will send you a confirmation email or call
you when the order is shipped with the tracking
number.
4. Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes you will be able to track your shipment on
FedEx
website.
5. Do you Deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.'s
?
No COD service do not allow us to deliver to P.O.
Boxes or A.P.O.'s. however if you have a APO/FPO
address you can mail or wire transfer the payment
to us.
6. Is there a delivery charge for using COD
services?
Yes there is a $24 shipping charge with COD purchases.
