| 1. How does COD (Cash on Delivery) work?
All COD orders are processed and shipped within
24 hours of receiving the order through FedEx
COD services. All money orders or cashier's checks
must be made payable to D. Trade Inc
with the $24.00 COD shipping charge included. You will give
your money order or cashier's check to the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
We ship your order with FEDEX next business day service.
2. When will I receive my shipment?
We ship all orders within 24 hours. All orders are shipped via FedEx.
3. When will I receive confirmation that my shipment
is on the way?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number when the order is shipped.
4. Will I be able to track my shipment?
Yes. You will be able to track your shipment on FedEx's website.
5. Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O.'s
?
Fedex will not deliver to P.O.
Boxes or A.P.O.'s. However, if you have an APO/FPO
address you can mail or wire transfer the payment
to us.
6. Is there a delivery charge for using COD
services?
Yes. There is a $24.00 shipping charge for COD purchases.
